Case – Adidas Norden

We have changed our approach to leadership, have gotten to know each other and dare to be transparent. Amazing Leader’s program made extremely busy people pause and focus on the present. The trust you created made this possible. We were not working cross-functionally or across silos when we started this journey. Support in formulating and focusing how we wanted to run our business gave us the direction we needed and made it a corner stone for our daily activities. Giving us clarity in how to build a high performing team was very useful. I had some “aha”-moments and by focusing on our working climate, our team performs better.

During the program I have come to understand myself better; insights that I can now use to develop myself and thereby others. I have gained an understanding of how my emotional qualities are related to my leadership and I have been given effective tools to work with them. I can highly recommend this program to others!

I have had support in finding ”my whole self” again, meaning identifying my strengths and developing the areas that need development. An executive coaching program is one of the best investments that I have made for myself ever. I needed someone who helped me by asking questions like: ”Why do I go to work everyday?” and ”What is important to me?” as well as ” Which are my key strengths and drivers?” During these months I had the privilege of focusing on myself and also try out tools to help me move beyond my comfort zone. Today, looking back at this period, I know I wouldn’t have the position I have today, hadn’t it been for this program. I recommend Amazing Leaders to everyone who needs support in developing themselves further

Amazing Leader’s coaching program has been fantastic and has helped me increase my self-awareness as a person and as a leader. With this awareness I have come to understand how to strengthen my leadership even further.

  If your emotional abailities aren't in hand, if you don't have self-awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can't have empathy and have effective relationships, then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far.
