My contribution

I believe that all individuals have a unique potential and thus also an opportunity to act on the basis of their best selves. For over ten years, I have worked to both identify the potential of leaders and to contribute and guide the development of it. It is incredibly exciting to be able to follow leaders on their personal journey and see what effects it has in an organization when individuals use act based on their strengths to the fullest.

At Amazing Leaders, I have the privilege of working with Leadership programs and coaching that are based on emotional intelligence. For me, Emotional Intelligence is an important tool for strengthening the individual's self-awareness and for understanding their potential in relation to others.
