My contribution

I have had the opportunity to support hundreds of managers and leaders both in individual coaching and throughout leadership programs where the foundation has been to develop the emotional intelligence for effective and sustainable leadership. In light of the leaders' greater self-understanding and understanding of how their feelings and behaviors affect themselves and others, they can better understand how they can lead and develop their employees to reach their full potential. My specialty is getting leaders to find their way to go from “knowing to doing”..
