The trust you created made this possible. We were not working cross-functionally or across silos when we started this journey. Support in formulating and focusing how we wanted to run our business gave us the direction we needed and made it a corner stone for our daily activities. Giving us clarity in how to build a high performing team was very useful. I had some “aha”-moments and by focusing on our working climate, our team performs better.

During the program I have come to understand myself better; insights that I can now use to develop myself and thereby others.
